A History of Caring
At Accent Funeral Home, we want you to know that we are committed to helping your family and loved ones with compassion and understanding during these most difficult times.
Accent Funeral Home was established by E. Faye Buchanan in 1986 with a vision to offer services in a comfortable, homelike atmosphere. In 1999 Randy Arnzen purchased the funeral home, again to operate as a sole proprietor; bringing modern day methods to old-fashioned personal care. In 2002 Randy married Danette, who is also a licensed mortician, and together they operate Accent Funeral Home.
The building in which Accent Funeral Home is housed is a tudor style home, built in 1938 for a local postman. It has since become a landmark in Meridian, Idaho. When remodeling the home to accommodate the funeral home, much care was taken to preserve the original architectural integrity of the building.
We have a personal relationship with the community and we are sensitive to the changing needs of the community. We are recognized by our professional quality of service, which is tailored to the needs and wishes of each individual family. Our hospitality and warm, comfortable facilities will make your family feel welcome. We take particular pride in our technical and professional abilities. Families often comment that our service and friendship has been of great comfort to them; especially in difficult or unusual circumstances.
Our Staff’s Dedication to Respectful Care
A funeral, or memorial service, should provide family members and loved ones with the chance to reflect, remember, and celebrate a life well-lived. Our goal is to create exceptional services and experiences that fulfill the wishes of your loved one. Our experienced Funeral Directors provide guidance on the crucial first steps toward healing.
