Obituary of Sean Joseph Marron

Sean Joseph Marron, 47, of Meridian died on Thursday, January 24, 2013. A viewing and vigil service will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, January 28th. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 29th, both services will be held at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 6300 N. Meridian Rd. Burial will follow at Dry Creek Cemetery. Please join the family at the church following the graveside service for a luncheon. Sean was born to Patrick and Theresa Marron on February 20, 1965 in New York, NY. He was the oldest child of the family with 5 sisters and 1 brother. Sean graduated from Meridian High School in 1982 and also from Boise State University in 1997. He was always interested in cars and motorcycles. He graduated from PIT and became an employee of the downtown TuneTech. He was a talented and dedicated mechanic with a passion for fixing cars and for taking special care of his customers. He would go out of his way to help anyone out or rescue anyone with car trouble. He was extremely generous to everyone. Sean was a loving son, who set high expectations for himself with every task and challenges before him. Sean married Laurie Cram on June 7, 1986 and was a loving husband. They had five children: Gavin, Garind, Conlan, Shelby and Paige and he enjoyed sharing his passions with them. He loved his children and spending time with them whether motorcycle riding, playing in a rock band or watching the kids participate in all their activities. Sean always had a smile. He was very happy and had such a love for his family. Sean was brilliant and could do all kinds of math, complicated or easy. Sean could make you believe anything, he could debate himself out of a paper bag, he was a problem solver, loved challenges and thrived with competition. He loved to be the best, even if it meant a bit of cheating. Sean had a sparkle in his voice. Sean had a great sense of humor and a hearty laugh. He loved adventure and living life to the fullest. Sean is survived by his wife of 26 years, Laurie; children: Gavin, Garind, Conlan, Shelby and Paige; parents: Patrick J. and Theresa Marron; 5 sisters: Siobhann Marron, Moira (Tony) Purtell, Tricia (Eric) Terada, Terri-Ann (Rex) Shark and Kathleen (Granger) Amthor and brother, Patrick (Amy) Marron; parents-in-law: Dalla Cram and Frank (Mildred) Cram; sisters-in-law: Mary (James) Taylor and Alisa (Gregg) Rettschlag; brothers-in-law: David (Shannon) Cram, Daniel (Tiffany) Cram and Ole (Tiffani) Cram and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Sean was a miracle and will be missed everyday by his family and his TuneTech family. Memorials may be made in Sean's name to College of Western Idaho, Automotive Department, P.O.
