Obituary of Lori Felgenhauer

Lori Ann Felgenhauer left us on the evening of Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012. She was born January 14, 1970, to Norman H & Carolyn M Felgenhauer. Lori graduated from Boise State University with a Degree in Education and spent the majority of her adult life teaching young children, helping to prepare them for Kindergarten. Lori left us far too soon, but her heart and her smile lives on in those she touched throughout her lifetime. Lori was preceded in death by her beloved father, Norman. She leaves behind her loving mother, Carolyn of Meridian; her brother, Brian and his wife Jennifer of Caldwell, her sister, Nicole of Boise; her 4 beloved nephews, Trevor, Zak, Colton and Alex, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She will be sadly missed, not only by her family and friends, but also by the children she has taught and their families for whom she has made a lasting impression. The family wishes to thank the many doctors, nurses and staff at St. Luke's Meridian ER and at St. Luke's Boise ICU for the amazing care and comfort provided during her final hours. We will celebrate Lori's life on Saturday, April 14th at 10:00 A.M. with a Funeral Mass at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 6300 N. Meridian Road. Burial will follow at Dry Creek Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. Services are under the direction of Accent Funeral Home, Meridian. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Luke's Children Hospital, 190 E. Bannock St., Boise, ID 83712.
