Caroline Jean Gill Mayovsky, born in Eugene, Oregon on December 8, 1958, passed away in her home in Boise, Idaho on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Caroline was also known as "Carrie" and "Kiwi". She received her BA from BSU in Marketing, she worked for many years at, and retired from, the Idaho State Tax Commission. She was a collector of antiques, decorative roosters, and cherished many family heirlooms. Carrie's talents were many! She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
In May of 2018, Carrie joined the Catholic Church, which gave her great comfort. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, making Carrie's ‘Caluhua’, listening to her husband play the guitar, recording music in their studio in their younger days, riding on the back of Mike’s motorcycle, and following Boise State football.
She is preceded in death by her father Edward K. Gill. She is survived by her sweetheart and husband of 29 years Michael D. Mayovsky; sons: Kelly D. Mayovsky (wife Michelle) and Aaron M. Mayovsky; two grandkids: Taylor M. Woodland and Zack D. Woodland; mother, Carolyn E. Gill; three sisters: Elizabeth A. McCleery, Kathleen S. Gill, and Rebecca L. Early (husband Darrell); niece, Rachel L. Kolts (husband Jaan); nephew, Logan J. Early and numerous friends.
