Obituary of Dianna Kay Custer
Dianna Kay Custer was born November 25, 1945 to Ruby and William Claire Miller, in Emmett, Idaho. She passed away June 9, 2023 at her home in Garden City, Idaho.
Dianna is survived by her loving husband and caretaker, Neal Custer; her sons: Matt (Lori) Kaffenberger and John (Beverly) Akers, who blessed her with 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was also survived by Neal’s children: Troy (Bonni) Custer and Tracy (Jamal) Custer Nelson and their families.
Dianna had an infectious personality that endeared her to many. She was grateful for the special friendships in her life and expressed many times her fondness for the residents of her Willowbrook Community, including her many 4 legged friends, who regularly visited her on her patio. She will be missed by all who loved her.
Dianna loved to travel. Hawaii, Italy, Texas and especially the Oregon Coast - she loved them all. She enjoyed many years of adventuring with Neal in their travel trailer. She also enjoyed reading. As a devout Catholic, she was an active member of the Holy Apostles Church family. Her faith was a great source of strength to her during her extended illness. We know she is now at peace.
