Obituary of Warren Eugene Eilers

Warren Eugene Eilers passed away on September, 12, 2023 at his home in Eagle, Idaho. He was born on December 8, 1948 in Rupert, Idaho to Virginia Stemm and Jake Eilers.

He graduated from Minoco High School in 1967. He graduated in 1969 form Twin Falls Business College. He was drafted into the Marine Corp in 1969 and served until 1971. The he went to CSI before transferring to BSU where he met and married Rebecca Raynor in 1975. He worked for the City of Boise in public works before retiring after 30.5 years.

He was a member of: Boise Valley Church of the Brethren, Star Senior Center, Nampa Valley Grange, Treasure Valley Pomona, Idaho State Grange, and National Grange.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Rebecca Eilers; son, Wesley (Rebecca) Eilers; daughter, Roxanne Eilers; grandson, Michael Eilers; granddaughters: Steffanie, Courtney, Erin, Katlyn, and Breeanna Eilers; and two great grandsons: Henry and Liam Eilers-Boutwell.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Jake and Virginia Eilers; brothers: Wayne and Marlon Eilers; nephew, Matthew Eilers; and grandson, Jason Eilers.

Memorial services will be held at Boise Valley Church of the Brethren on October 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM, followed by a burial at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
